Shipping policy

When placing an order with standard shipping, please allow up to seven business days for processing. We are happy to accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. A $10 exchange processing fee applies to help cover return shipping and handling costs.

Please note that Down Clover Lane cannot be held responsible for:

    •    Shipping delays caused by USPS or UPS

    •    International duties or customs fees

    •    Packages that are lost, damaged, or marked as delivered by the carrier
