An Unforgettable Evening of Oysters and Champagne thanks to Austin Oyster Co.

Hosting at your house with friends is always so much fun and this particular occasion was one for the books! For your next gathering, why not try oysters and champagne? It’s a combination that’s sure to impress!

We get it, hosting a dinner party can be stressful.  But the guys at Austin Oyster Company Co did most of the work and even provided “entertainment” while  shucking oysters. It was such a fun and unique experience! They provide a raw bar, handle the setup, and even clean up. Now we know what you’re thinking…what is the R rule with oysters?  Typically foodie folklore tells us to only eat wild oysters in the months with the letter “R”, ranging from September to April.  But these guys have partner farms from various regions so definitely give them a call to find out more.

Their delicious oysters were a hit with everyone and made the evening memorable. They even received the Best Pop Up experience in the Austin Chronicle for 2023!  Adding a simple charcuterie board and champagne completed the perfect touch to an already amazing evening with friends .
